Do you know that the government has websites that are updated every 5 years to let everyone know the new guidelines of how much food, what foods are best for overall health and have references for your age, weight, height and gender? Please take a moment and look them up as you continue your healthy lifestyle journeys. They are great references for family members and friends who have medical issues who may need a little extra push to get healthier!
