Every Sunday in the month of July Coach C will be teaching a power hour class for free! Come join BigHeaded Fitness at the Athelta Clothing store located in the Palm Beach Gardens Mall. Classes will be held each Sunday morning from 11am-12pm. There will be raffles, giveaways and refreshments. A special gift card from Athleta will be rewarded at the end of the 4 weeks to someone who attends all of the July classes as well. Make sure to mark the dates, pack the water bottle, sweat towel, a little spending cash and enthusiasm for fun! We hope to see everyone there!
